interview for divot tool

I conducted an interview of my friend who plays golf and here is what he said about the original divot tool:

That it is hard to handle
too small for his hands which always slip when trying to use it
easy to carry around, just fits in pocket
wish it did more than just fix divots


after making prototypes, and creating our final prototype I asked him again what he thought

He liked that it had more functions, pencil sharpener, actual divot tool, and a bottle opener
He liked how the handle was longer for his hands
the shape also helped with the grip, and it was easier to use
